Local, and in it for the long run

AllTrades has been working in Kingston since 2013 — 13 years of new construction, renovations of older homes, and the occasional teardown.

Kingston builds are their own thing. Limestone and century homes with no two walls square, post-war bungalows with knob-and-tube still in the attic, and a freeze-thaw cycle that finds every bad detail within two winters. Knowing the local stock is most of the job.

The way we work is simple: look at it properly, price it in writing, and say so plainly if what you are asking for is not the right fix. Most of our work comes from people who were told the truth the first time.

If you are weighing up a project — even one you are not sure is worth doing — get in touch. A conversation costs nothing.
