What we collect

When you submit the estimate form we collect the name, phone number, email address, project address and description you provide, along with any photos you attach. We also record your IP address and browser user-agent at the moment of submission, purely to block automated and abusive submissions.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you about your project and to prepare an estimate. If you become a customer, it becomes part of your job file — estimates, invoices, and job photos. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing email.

Bot protection

The estimate form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated scripts. Cloudflare receives technical information about your browser as part of that check. It does not track you across sites and does not show you ads.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted after two years. Records for completed work are kept for seven years, as tax and warranty obligations require.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, at dylan@alltradeskingston.com. We will respond within thirty days.

Cookies

The public site sets no tracking or analytics cookies. A single session cookie is set only for staff who log in to the internal job system.
